SHIPPING & DELIVERY

▾ Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.

During busy periods such as launches, promotions, or sales, dispatch may take between 1–7 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery timeframes below are estimates only and do not include dispatch processing times.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, LAYR is not liable for delays, lost, or stolen packages.


▾ Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to offer reimbursement or replacements for lost parcels.


▾ Customs & International Orders

LAYR is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by your country or postal service.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

▾ New Zealand Shipping

  • Standard: 3–5 Business Days
  • Express: 1–3 Business Days

 

▾ Australia Shipping

  • Standard: 3–7 Business Days
  • Express: 1–4 Business Days
