Refund policy

At LAYR, we want you to love every piece you receive.

If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit, so you can choose something that suits you better.

We only offer refunds in specific cases:

  • The item is faulty or damaged
  • The item was purchased at full price (no discounts or promo codes used)

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds. However, they can still be returned for store credit if they meet our return conditions.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, it will cover the item value only.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In original, unworn, and unused condition
  • Free from marks (including makeup, tan, deodorant), odours, lint, or pet hair
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Carefully folded as received
  • Sent back with your order number included

Please Note

We carefully inspect all returns. Items that don’t meet our standards will not be accepted and may be sent back at your expense.

By sending an item back, you agree to these return conditions.


Starting a Return

To request a return, email us at:

We’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Processing:
Once your return arrives, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be reviewed and processed.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

Instead, once your return is approved, you’ll receive store credit to place a new order for your preferred item.


Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

If confirmed, you’ll receive a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

After 30 days, items are considered worn and cannot be returned as faulty.

Note: Light creasing from shipping is normal and can be easily removed with steaming or washing.


Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds are only available for:

  • Faulty or damaged items
  • Full-price purchases without discounts

For sizing issues or change of mind, we provide store credit instead.

Store credit will be emailed to you once your return is approved. Please allow up to 7 business days from when your return is received (and check your junk folder just in case).


Final Sale Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards
  • Hats
  • Clearance items

All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
